3. Content Rules (Comments)

When posting comments on status pages, you agree not to post:

Do not rely on nere.nu for mission-critical infrastructure monitoring — use dedicated commercial uptime services for that.

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Intellectual Property

All content on nere.nu (except user-submitted content, screenshots of third-party sites, and scraped metadata) is owned by Global Vantage AB. Screenshots and scraped metadata remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use for the purpose of providing status information.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content on the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
